Ladies on Spokes, Inc. hereby presents the following slate of officers for the calendar year 2025:
President – Unfilled Vice President – Chris Darling ~ (Chris remains as Vice President for 2025 to fulfill her second two-year term beginning in 2023) Secretary – Lisa Bourg Treasurer – Robynn McGann (Robynn remains as Treasurer for 2025, to fulfill her second two-year term beginning in 2023)
Anyone wishing to bring forth her own nominee for President, Vice President or Secretary for 2025 must respond with a petition in writing (electronic form accepted) within seven (7) days of this slate announcement accompanied by three (3) genuine signatures of members in good standing supporting the nominee. Within seven (7) days of receiving the new nominee, the Board will reissue the slate as a ballot to the membership announcing a vote at a meeting called to be held no later than December 15. The candidate receiving the majority vote at the called meeting will be inducted onto the Board in January. If no petition is filed within the designated period, the nominations shall be closed, and the nominated slate of candidates shall be declared elected by the Board of Directors and take office January 1.
